We make sure the products you recieve are quality and to your satisfaction. You can even request a certain color of lamp and we'll hand pick it for you.

We take every measure to enshure our product gets to you in one peice, with no damage. Not only do we use great biodegradable packing peanuts but we also wrap each product in bubble wrap to further insure protection.

Returns

We will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Please call for authorization return number. (812)303-0701 When shipping please wrap it in the original packaging or box and send it to us along with a copy of the original invoice and a note from you explaining the reason for the return. If you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund the amount equal to the unused portion of the product or the original purchase price. If we have shipped the wrong item, we will replace it without additional expense to you. If you ordered the wrong item, let us know the correct item to ship to you, or if you wish a refund (refunds will not be made on shipping costs).

Damaged Items

We package your order carefully but sometimes damages can occur. Please telephone or e-mail us and save the package. We will replace damaged material immediately, but need the package in order to file a claim with the shipper.
